Finding a capable person is only half the challenge. The other half is bringing them into your business, helping them succeed and managing all the practical responsibilities that sit around their work. GATE Talent combines a dedicated professional with the infrastructure to make the arrangement sustainable.
Your GATE professional works with your team on your priorities. You decide what needs doing, set deadlines, provide company context and evaluate the work. GATE remains responsible for the employment or contracting framework, payment administration, continued professional development and placement support, as defined in your agreement. It is not a consultancy selling isolated projects and it is not a CV introduction followed by silence.
Fast Track is for businesses that need established skills soon. We match professionals on the experience they already possess, with an indicative preparation and placement target of around three weeks. Enhanced GATE Talent adds a structured preparation period in AI implementation, workflow automation, AI-enabled systems and responsible adoption, typically taking around eight to twelve weeks. These are target timelines, not guaranteed dates.
You do not pay a premium simply for choosing Enhanced. Both pathways carry the same fee at the same experience tier.

You interview candidates before choosing. We agree working hours, reporting arrangements and the onboarding plan before the professional starts. If a problem arises, we investigate and work through the remedy or replacement process defined in the agreement. There are clear expectations on both sides, not a promise that every placement will be perfect.
